Let’s do a street party!

Bright and early the next morning, Chewy heads on over to the house. Tiffi is already there waiting for him and the delivery man has just arrived. That’s great timing. Chewy waves hello to the twins and they wave back as Jean-Luc heads out to help some players.

Chewy unlocks the front door and the furniture is moved inside. Living room is set up! Bedrooms are set up! Now he has to go food shopping because his father will be arriving shortly and he wants everything in place when he arrives. He asks Tiffi if she would like to go food shopping with him. 

“Sure, nothing else to do,” Tiffi says. “No text messages yet so the players must be sleeping in this morning.”

When they arrive at the supermarket and go inside, both are very surprised to see Phillippe there.  

“What’s wrong Phillippe”” questions Tiffi. 

He tells her that the food is so expensive. It seems that the supermarket raised all the prices in the last week. He is very happy to see Chewy. 

“Chewy, I can’t wait to meet your father,” Phillippe says. “I am so happy that we are going to be neighbors. Maybe we can do a street party and have some of our friends over.”

 Chewy nods his head in agreement. It sounds like a plan!  

“A street party sounds like a good idea,” Chewy says. “Sorry to cut you short Phillippe, but Tiffi and I are in a rush to finish shopping because my dad might beat us to the house. He’s coming back to Candy Town today and I want to get the food put away before he arrives. Hey Phillippe, are you going to the picnic tomorrow? You can talk to my father there.” 

Hugs and goodbyes. 

They arrive back at the house and manage to put the food away just as Arthur walks in the front door. He is very pleased with the living room furniture. Tiffi tells him that they are all going to be meeting for a picnic in the park tomorrow. He can meet all of the characters then.
