Dachs meets the panda bears

The next stop on his list is in Lollipop Meadows. He takes the short cut through Bamboo Forest.

He meets up with the panda bears that Tiffi was talking about.

“Hi guys, my name is Dachs,” he says. “I just became a mail carrier today. Tiffi told me that she met two panda bears so she must have been talking about both of you.”

Pan-Pan is using his binoculars to scout out more bamboo trees. He introduces himself and his sister to Dachs. Suddenly from out of nowhere comes this beautiful butterfly that passes in front of Dachs. It is the most beautiful butterfly that he has ever seen. As the butterfly continues to fly it disappears behind a tree. Dachs starts running after it. He looks behind the tree and it’s not there. Then he sees it up ahead so he starts chasing it. He forgot to say goodbye to the panda bears. 

“That is such a beautiful butterfly,” Dachs thinks to himself. 

He doesn’t even realize that he is talking out loud and he begins to have a conversation with the butterfly.

“You are so beautiful,” says Dachs. “I have never seen such beauty before.”

The butterfly talks about her butterfly friends.

“If you think that I’m beautiful then you haven’t seen any of my friends,” says the butterfly. “We are all so unique with different colors and shadings.”

With that said, she flies away and Dachs chases after her. He is so in awe with his appearance that he completely forgets
