Hammers and boosters lost

Hi! I made a reset to my phone and I lost de hammers and the boosters. This had happen each time I have to make a reset to the phone. Can I receive the things back? Thanks

Please note that the boosters are stored on the device and not on in the game application so that we can use them even if we play the game offline. Thats why whenever we reinstall the game, change our device or game is crashed we lose our boosters and unfortunately they are not recoverable unless you have any purchased one. If any you may contact directly to support from your game and they have your purchase history for last 90 days. And i do hope they will take action in your favour.

Why on level 700-up all accumulated boosters are taken if you lose on a level?

Are you talking about the "Candy Friends Saga" game -- Sweet Streak feature OR "Candy Soda" game -- "Rainbow Streak" feature?

If you are talking about the Sweet Streak feature in Candy Friends game -- that's how the feature is designed! As soon as we lose a level, all the boosters we earned will be lost and we will gain them one by one again, once we start winning next levels.

I am really sorry that you lost your Boosters..they are saved to the device and not the profile data so if you change device or reinstall the game these items will be lost. 

It is not usually our policy to reimburse items that were won, but as a gesture of goodwill I have credited a few goodies to your account :-)
