You already have the badges for 50 friends in your profile (I just looked it up). The next badge is 60 friends. Please come back if you have collected 2 more costumes. Then you get the badge.

This year was not the first time the "Tiffi the Turkey" costume was offered. You may already have it in your scrapbook.
If it is not already in your scrapbook, did you also collect the additional stars required after completing the 10 levels in the Thansgiving event? As I recall, 30 stars were required. The costume is awarded after the required number of stars is achieved.
Your scrapbook sounds impressive! Please verify that you met both requirements (10 levels in event and 30 additional stars before event ended) but did not get badge.
FYI -- I see that you already have the badge for 50 costumes in your scrapbook, but there is not a badge for 55 costumes. The next badge requires 60 costumes in your scrapbook. Keep up the good work!
