Professor Alpha’s book is missing words

“Hi grandfather, this is Tiffi and her friend Elsa,” Betty says. “Elsa needs your help. She is a storyteller for the King Candy Crush characters. Yesterday when she started writing a new story on her laptop suddenly words popped up all over the page, out of nowhere. Can you please help her? ……… Grandfather, hello! It’s your granddaughter, do you hear me?” 

Professor Alpha looks up from his book and sees Betty with a couple of friends. 

“Oh, hi girls,” he says. “Don’t mind me but I was trying to find some words that I know I put in my Encyclopedia of Everything book, but they’re no longer here.” 

He turns a few pages back and forth looking for those words but they are nowhere to be found. He tells the girls to follow him back to town and then he can take a look at Elsa’s laptop.

On the way back to town, they see Barney trying to help a player with her level. He has this puzzled look on his face. 

“Hey Prof, something is not right here,” Barney says. “I am trying to help this player with her level but a couple of the letters disappeared and we can’t form a word.” 

This is really strange. Words suddenly popping up on Elsa’s laptop. Words disappearing from Professor Alpha’s book and now letters are disappearing from a level. Professor Alpha tells Barney that he will get to the bottom of this and get back to him.
