The three of them do some sparring

Misty is up at the crack of dawn and she can’t wait to meet up with her new friends, especially Nightwind. Just the thought of seeing him again makes Misty blush. 

She is very surprised to see that her two new friends are playing. And she thought that she was up early?? Misty wonders what time they showed up. She notices Nightwind’s eyes light up when he sees her. 

“So, what do you guys feel like doing today?” Misty asks.

Stardust suggests that they do some sparring.

‘Like all animals, unicorns sometimes like to test each other’s strength. If you have ever seen the gentle jousting of narwhals, you might have some idea of how this works. The unicorn horn is shorter than a narwhal’s tusk, but it can still be used in this sort of playful battle.

Unicorns will spar with each other, touching horns and testing each other’s strength. This is a game favored by older unicorns particularly, and it helps them to find their place in the herd. Unicorns very rarely hurt each other in these games, but as with any animal, accidents can happen, so they need to be careful and treat each other with respect.’ (Info here)

The three of them are having a blast but then Stardust tells them that she thinks that she’s done for the day. She didn’t sleep well so maybe she needs to go rest. Nightwind and Misty still want to spend some time together so they say goodbye to Stardust.
