The carrot cropsies sing

The carrot cropsies are on the side waiting to be announced. 

“Our first performance today will be our carrot cropsies,” says Rancid. “They have chosen to sing a song. Let’s give them a large round of applause.”

Rancid thinks that they will do a good job singing. 

“Here are the carrot cropsies,” Rancid says. “Good luck and I hope that you win!” 

I’m the lovely carrot

I’m actually a root.

I love sunshine,

I grow underground in places cool.

I’m shaped like a long cone,

Orange or pink or red,

A bunch of leaves that you must eat,

Grow on my head.

Make stews or delicious desserts out of me,

But I’m at my best in juices and salads you see!

I’m very very rich in Vitamin A,

For a good eyesight have me raw every single day.

Fiber and minerals are also my great wealth,

Have me in plenty to be in the pink of your health. (View video here) 

What a beautiful song! They did very well! Everyone in the audience is yelling “Encore” and they get a standing ovation. 

They thank everyone and wave as they leave the stage.
