Help!!!😖😭

Hey! I have a problem here. I can't open my profile picture. Every time I try the page just reads You don't have permission to do that. I've tried reloading it but it just keeps popping up. Do any of you guys have a solution?

@taurus_queen Hi and welcome, if you mean the community avatar /profile picture you can only change this for one of the preset avatars at present, you need to be at level 5 to be able to use a custom avatar

If its just to change the preset avatar try logging out and clearing the cache of your browser and restart your device then log back in

Sorry, that was a typo. I can't open my profile. I need to check my wall but I can't do that.

@taurus_queen Hi again. Try logging out and clear the cache of your internet browser, then restart your device and log back in and see if you can now open your profile.

Been a couple of people with profile issues so may be a temporary problem

I was actually talking about not being able to access several sites on the community which I should be able to open.😶 I was actually having doubts about my profile too. 😅Thanks!🥰
