My game keeps /freezing up. I can’t use extra moves

Just this am I after I made a purchase with boosters and bars, my game started freezing at the end of each level not allowing me to use extra moves. I have to quit the the game and come back each time. Kind of a bummer consider It essentially wasted my entire time frame of free boosters and lives. This isn’t a problem I’ve ever had before. I shut my phone of. Restarted logged out and back in and still having the same issue? Anyone else having this problem? Any suggestions you can give me or corrections you make would be greatly appreciated!

You can click on "Contact Us" on bottom of the page then select "Problems with purchase" and then "Purchase items are not received" (better answer) and finally you ask a problem and send Game ID (How to find your Game ID) that I hope they will help you but it taken longer.

Slow internet, Game not connected, or some other reason, you may face such problems. You can check out some troubleshooting below.
Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

If you have done normal troubleshooting tips as you mentioned. I think as you are saying this started happening since the purchase you made so please try to contact player support directly from the settings of your game application. Send them email of the problem and dont forget to mention your game id, along with the device you are using.
It will provide the required data from your game.

I ended up have to delete and reinstall. It’s working now but was a major bummer to miss out on my boosters that I had purchased right before. And to make matter worse I had earned 2 hours of unlimited lives 🙄 you could tell it tried work b/c the little present box showed back up but it said I had already collected my gift. Which I had just opened when my game started going bonkers and freezing up. So I just didn’t get to use it. But as of now it’s working normal and I’m back at crushing it like it nothing happened. Definitely addicted ❤️
