Last week I received the Odus challenge event, I managed to complete 6 missions out of the 7 that were requested. It turns out that I didn't receive any awards. I don't have all the screenshots, I'll send the ones. Can anyone help me receive my prizes?

For any missing rewards
Please email Player Support directly from the game.
Just go to game settings , help center and send them a email and they should help you with this
or alternatively you can use the contact us below but you need you game ID for this

Hello @tininha1975 - I haven't seen this specific version of the Odus Challenge (where you can potentially get 7 prizes), but usually you will not receive your prizes until the final event is over and then you usually get the rewards the following day. Had the event finally ended? If it had and you still didn't receive your rewards - then contacting Player Support as mentioned above will hopefully help you get those missing rewards.
