Something sticky is going on in the Facebook message system these days so many players aren't able to send or receive any lives.
This is being looked into by the Game Team and Facebook, and hopefully get fixed shortly.

Yes, the error occurs with many players. There are some posts on Facebook and in the community. The fault lies with Facebook. Hopefully they'll get the problem under control soon.

hi all! My account has been incorrectly flagged as underage and I’m forced onto a lite version. It’s connected to my Facebook and DOB is correct there. I’ve been messaging support but keep getting emails only saying that as I am underage there are restrictions. How can I get this corrected?
