The Game Team has look into and this has been reported , meanwhile Reset/Clear cache data from App Store - Check app update - Log out game - Restart Device - Open game and Log in.

I had already done the recommended troubleshooting steps before I posted, but I thank you for your response, @kiara_wael. I may not be diagnosing the problem correctly, but it seems to me that this issue only occurs when there are color bombs on the board with Dachs. I passed the level with Dachs when there were no color bombs on the board. I hope the Studio can figure this out so it doesn't keep happening, especially if they are planning more special events with Dachs.

This issue was submitted to the Support Team (via the link in the game) for further investigation. Only got an aotu-response, so it was a total waste of time. Thank you to those in this community who tried to help!
