Glitch (frozen screen) in level 1983

I have tried to play level 1983 with Dachs as my Friend three times with the same result -- a frozen screen. I did the recommended troubleshooting steps after the second occurrence but got the same result on my third attempt. Quite annoying to have to close the game and lose a life. I next tried to play the level with a different Friend, this time using the Jelly Queen, and passed the level with no problems. Please refer this Dachs issue to the technical team. I play on an Android tablet. Screenshots are attached below.

Additional information that might be helpful: I had both the Friendly Charge and the Friendly Coloring Ball to start the level, and I watched an ad to get a free booster.

Can you confirm which game app version you have installed please? And if you try Dash now on a different level, do you have the same issue?

Thanks @QueenB for looking into this issue. I am on version 1.45.3 and have not encountered this problem with Dachs on any other level that I can recall. I will let you know if I have the problem when I play my next level with Dachs.

Hello @QueenB, I just played level 1992 with Dachs and did not have any issue. The frozen screen seems to be related only to level 1983 in CCFS.

Hello @Glenn1972 and @Freddy_Falkner, I am hoping you might be able to help me out with a recurring problem.

I am disappointed to report that the glitch with Dachs continues. As you can see, I first reported this issue on October 17 regarding level 1983. At the time, QueenB was following the issue. However, it has happened again! Here is another frozen screen after selecting Dachs to be my "friend" on a new level -- this time on level 2123. Again, this happened when I had two color bombs and my only move is to exit the game. Very frustrating! My game version is up-to-date on my Android tablet.

Hi @Glenn1972, Thank you for the quick response. I am playing on a Samsung Galaxy Tab S3 SM-T820. It is an Android device. This issue only happens with Dachs and it occurs inconsistently. Thanks for tagging @kiara_wael to help.
