A block over Yeti, Jenny and Tiffi are trick or treating.

“I can’t believe that there aren’t that many kids trick or treating this year,” Jenny says. “I wonder if the parents fear their kids being exposed to the COVID-19 virus has made the parents think twice about allowing their kids to go out. It might not be the masks as much as the candy being offered. What if we knock on someone’s door who just put out a bowl of candy not realizing that they could test positive? They would have touched the candy by adding it to the bowl.”

Tiffi remembers Elsa talking about her experiences when she used to trick or treat. The people would give out apples and bags of popcorn that they popped and put in a bag and things like that.  She looks online to show Jenny and Yeti what Elsa and her friends wore for trick or treating.

“Wow those sure are strange looking costumes,” Yeti says. “They look so different than the costumes that we can buy today. Let’s go get some candy. I see chocolate!”

Yeti grabs a huge handful of chocolate and puts it in his bag. Jenny has to remind him that he cannot eat them now because then he’ll fall asleep. The girls grab some candy and then the three of them move on to the next house.

Let’s continue - Could the ghosts be real?
