Can’t get lives

My user is is 1805140301. I have followed all your suggestions but cannot request lives from friends. I click the box to send to friends and the game jumps right over the request. This started about a month ago.

Life with friends works for many through the connection to Facebook. This is currently not ok for a lot of players. They can't help it. The problem is with Facebook. King is working on it

There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives for some people, At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this

Hello there @micmcq and good day to you.

Whilst waiting for the issue to be fixed and there's no timeframe to it, you may try the following. It may work for you temporarily.

1. Disconnect your game/device from the internet, wait for several seconds or more before reconnecting it back to the internet. Play a level. Then try and send a life to your friend.
2. This is my personal way when I desperately need lives and I didn't receive any from my friends. I play in different devices. So I will switch device if I ran out of lives from the game in another device. Also, I would play using different browser when I log into my FB via PC. I will make sure that I log out from each device/platform before logging in to the next to ensure that my progress is properly sync.
