Asking/requesting lives

about 24 hours ago it seems as though lives can’t be given or received. It was working ok until then. It’s asking for Facebook log in again.

if you have your lives full and you send lives to your friends to help them out they aren’t being received. My son has been trying for 24 hours and I haven’t got any.

please don’t say this is a known issue from ages ago as I know about this issue. Is the latest issue being looked at?

hard to collect 150 stars for dachs delivery with a one man team!!!

@dananelle Hi and welcome, Please check Facebook settings under webs and app and make sure the game is active and notifications allowed, as it may be this due to it asking for facebook password again and its security settings

If this does not work there is some people that are experiencing an error with sending and receiving lives, This issue is being investigated, but we have no time frame on a fix for this at present

I am sorry you are having this issue. What platform are you playing on? I play on a mini-iPad and have not noticed any issue with sending or receiving lives (even though I don't have a lot of friends to exchange with 😁).

@bearwithme I play on both iPad and iPhone. My son leaves his iPad lying around so I can send myself lives from his account and sometimes it works, but mostly not.

Hello @dananelle and thank you for your reply. Interesting that you also are using Apple products, since I am not experiencing a similar problem. I’ll be honest and say I’m not sure what to recommend next to help you so you can send and receive lives again. Hopefully it’s just a temporary glitch and will clear up soon.

I truly wish I could be of more assistance.
