Talking snowflakes?

Kimmy looks at her phone for messages and then she sees the time. It’s lunch time! No wonder her belly was growling. Suddenly she hears voices. She looks around but doesn’t see anyone. Where is it coming from?

As she gets closer she sees some snowflakes talking to each other. She stops to touch one of them.

“Ouch!” says the snowflake. “Please be gentle if you want to pick me up.”

Well that is very strange that snowflakes can speak! She is in a hurry to get home so she continues on her way. Just as she is walking inside her phone rings. It’s her sister calling.

“Hi Tiffi, what’s up?” Kimmy says. “I just got back from mailing all my Christmas cards to everyone. The strangest thing happened today. First of all this white stuff was falling from the sky and it was piling up on the window ledge outside. I went outside and picked up some and it was so cold and then it turned to water.”

Tiffi starts giggling because she knows that her sister is talking about snow.

“Well Sis, since you live in Soda World the weather is usually warm so you’ve never seen snow before,” Tiffi says.

Then Kimmy tells her sister that she saw these weird type white things on the ground and they were alive and talking to each other. Tiffi had no clue what she is now sharing with her so she tells her if she goes outside again to take a picture and send it to her. Kimmy asks if she can call Tiffi back because she is a little bit hungry and needs to eat something. No problem!
