Hi @Amoonmoon and @lelensp. It's very sad to see what is happening and it's not just players at the end of the map who are affected - @Kiki_g and @rebelchild are among them.
We were told about "test groups", but I don't think they are doing anything. I feel really sorry for @MountainMom and @DieOmimi in all of this because they can't get a response from the Studio as to whether or when it will be resolved - along with the issues affecting team leaders. π’
That is why delivery is so slow now. Why is it happening when there are lots of events and challenges?

I acknowledge your frustrations and I understand that not seeing the fast reaction from the Studio can be discouraging.Β
Although I shared your reports with the Studio many times and did my best to put your requests in their priority, regrettably, it won't speed up the process. For the time being, the Studio is focusing on more critical tasks across various games, not just Candy Crush Friends Saga. This is why, implementing new improvements, fixes and making significant changes in the game can take time. Even though I cannot provide a specific timeline, I assure you that returning the missing feature is on the Studio's to-do list.
I know that is not the answer you're hoping for, but unfortunately, I don't have any more information to share at this time. I sincerely hope you understand, and I want to express my appreciation for your passion and commitment to improving our game!

Yeah! I still had Dachs Delivery Service Feature but still hadn't interested to join any active teams right now. I can be played new levels every Thursday only that the tasks will be counted on Dachs Delivery Service Feature. I always still on the end of the map.
I also still didn't have Sweet Streak Feature but luckily the new season events, Dachs Delivery Service and Video Ads features for me. I have been used a few of the lollipop boosters only to pass tricky levels only but I never used any lollipop boosters and extra moves as I had still all of friendly boosters and also video ads feature to pass the levels mostly now. π
