You can join a team by going to the team function in your game (the 4th button at the bottom right) and entering a team name in the search function. Sometimes you have to be patient to find the team you are looking for. As you can see above your listing, a team leader is looking for active players. You can find the "Play and Win" team better if you enter "and Win" manually in the search function.

It is true. It's just weird because I haven't been able to play for a long time due to the house clearance and I stayed in the game as a team leader. I have 2 players who are from the community, the rest are not from here I think. I only have 15 players left in the team and I don't see all the games either. As a team leader, I can no longer do anything and can only look into the team and see that more and more things are happening. Should it really be that interventional? The game breaks down because nothing is done anymore. Then please tell us if the game will be discontinued! I've felt like this for a very long time.
