I dont understand how this winners are picked but I was second johamilton was first I was second then I see all these other winners I'm like hmmm how did that happen but I give my congratulations to the winners I really hope someone can answer this

@JessicaBilly actually, it's quite simple. The one who has never won the Weekend Challenge will compete for the first time for the win, the badge and the entry in the Hall of Fame. At this point, there can only be one winner. This week it was Johamilton. Maybe next week you'll be the one to win the Weekend Challenge for the first time. 

Those who have already won at least once will continue to fight for the next badge. They have to meet the requirements just like the "newbies". There is only the difference that the subsequent winners must be better than the first winner.

For orientation, I regularly make a summary so that everyone knows the current status. Everyone then knows whether they have to keep trying. Whenever I see players who haven't been around for so long, I even give this hint. 

I wouldn't have to do all this, I don't do it out of boredom.
