Game freezes constantly

Hi,
I just switched to a new Android and my CC Friends game freezes all the time. All of my other King games are fine.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the game many times.... same freezing issue.
System issue up to date.
Please help !

It's the current version.
I play on a Samsung A71, I have no problems. Have you run your device maintenance once? ; Often your temporary data is too much or your memory is too heavily used.

I have the same freezing problem from time to time. And only with CCFriends oddly enough.
All the advice above is good. My unfreeze process is: Clear the cache often, then switch the phone off and on again. I moved from Android to IOS in the last year but the freezing issue followed me!
Again I learned to clear all the temp files, then switch off and on. It works for me. But you need to keep the temporary files under control. Good luck 🤞

Installed the latest version of the game today and cleared the cache. Freezing issue still there. :(
If I erase the User data, will I lose everything?
My game is connected to my Facebook profile.

@missykiwi12 Hi and welcome, Yes clearing data you will lose your stored boosters as this is were they are stored and should only be done as a last resort/ If your game is saved with a Facebook account your level and gold bars should be safe if you do this
