After dinner, Tiffi decides to check in with Elsa to share with her what she found.
“Hi Elsa, what’s up?” says Tiffi. “I wanted to let you know that I was googling a bunch of articles on health wellness and eating well since we have all been stuck indoors with the Pandemic. I was so surprised to learn that blood types can be related to personalities. I’ll send you that article because you might be interested in reading about your blood type and how accurate they are about the personality that goes along with it.”
Elsa loves how her friend’s mind works which is just like hers. She tells Tiffi to send all the information and maybe she can create a story about it. World Health Day is coming up on 7 April so maybe we can tie that into your information to create a new story.
“I love the idea Elsa,” says Tiffi. “You always come up with such great story ideas!”
Elsa tells her co-author friend that her ideas are just as powerful and she loves to co-author with her.
Hugs and kisses.
Tiffi sends the information off to Elsa and then does one last search to find out more about World Health Day for 2021.
‘On World Health Day, 7 April 2021, we will be inviting you to join a new campaign to build a fairer, healthier world. We’ll be posting more details here shortly, but here’s why we’re doing this:
Our world is an unequal one - As COVID-19 has highlighted, some people are able to live healthier lives and have better access to health services than others - entirely due to the conditions in which they are born, grow, live, work and age.
All over the world, some groups struggle to make ends meet with little daily income, have poorer housing conditions and education, fewer employment opportunities, experience greater gender inequality, and have little or no access to safe environments, clean water and air, food security and health services. This leads to unnecessary suffering, avoidable illness, and premature death. And it harms our societies and economies.
This is not only unfair: it is preventable. That’s why we are calling on leaders to ensure that everyone has living and working conditions that are conducive to good health. At the same time we urge leaders to monitor health inequities, and to ensure that all people are able to access quality health services when and where they need them.
COVID-19 has hit all countries hard, but its impact has been harshest on those communities which were already vulnerable, who are more exposed to the disease, less likely to have access to quality health care services and more likely to experience adverse consequences as a result of measures implemented to contain the pandemic.’ (Source)
The End!
Start at the beginning – Tiffi goes on a health kick
Wow @Elsa another great idea and useful story. The 478 breathing method.. I don't know it a bit hard since we didn't realize we are breathing all the time. The blood type is cool. I am an O.. So I am a universal donor. Hahaha. Well I do need to exercise..but for now brisk walking is all I can do. Thanks for all good info.. Okay now.. I am going to to do another 4 7 8 breathing method.
Wonderful, your stories @Elsa. I love reading them. Especially the many useful tips. I already knew most of them for nutrition and fitness. This with the blood groups is new and very exciting to me. I never thought that you could derive so much from the blood group.
Hi guys, I never paid attention to my health or did much exercising so it was a challenge for me to write it. The best part was learning about the blood types and personality. @siti_payung I also have O blood type and it was interesting because the personality fit me.
