Quests don't work or don't show up at all

Hello,

Dachs Delivery doesn't open when I click on it, it just closes the entire game. It has been like this the last 6 times or so that this quest was offered.

Also, I never got the Spring Quest for Jelly Queen.

    Check your game for updates, I've heard of some players who have had this problem, but these problems disappeared after the update.

    I play from my computer and have Windows 10. Can you tell me how to update? I never had to update a game before. Thank you for your help.

    No problem, you have to go to the Microsoft store app, there are 3 dots in the top right corner that you click on. Check downloads there. The microsoft store is under your apps on the PC

    Thank you for your help, but microsoft store showed that I have the latest update. I don't have the Jelly Queen quest and Dachs Delivery still closes the entire game when I click on it. What else can I do to fix this? I would like to be able to get future quests and have Dachs Delivery working again.

    I'm worried about doing this. It says to be aware that you could lose lives, boosters and even my gold bars and progress. I'm at level 1390 and would hate to go back to level 1 or lose all my gold bars and suckers. Is there a way that someone there at King could fix this if I give you my game I.D. number?

    @monetduvet You should not lose levels or gold if your game is saved with a facebook or King account. you will definetly lose lives and boosters. You would need to contact customer support with your issue and game ID to see if they can help you

    I contacted "customer support" and they answered with a canned email that tells you to read articles at the King site and to hunt all around on your own for an answer to your problems with their game. So I replied by explaining all over again the issues I am having and they sent me an exact duplicate of the first canned email telling me the same thing. Customer service is not going to do anything, but I do thank everyone here who tried. Blessings.

    Have you tried clearing the device cache?

    Furthermore the browser should also be up to date. It is rare that no one else has reported this issue, but we will be watching to see if it becomes widespread.

    Good luck. I have been kicked out of Dach's Deliveries sense the end of January. Yes I have tried Everything suggested to fix it on a weekly basis and nothing has helped. Customer Support is nonexistent. The game mods have been no help. I haunt the Support section for anything I have not tried. I am beyond frustrated. I also have lost a ton of boosters.
