I understand your frustration totally. You cannot get a live person in Customer Support to actually communicate with. I believe the end of January is when Dachs Delivery stopped working for me also. But when the Spring Jelly Queen Quest came and went and I never got it, I began to worry if there were more glitches in my game than just Dachs. I've been trying to find answers in the support section too without any luck. It takes forever to find anything here. You can reset your game or reinstall it, but I have no clue as to whether or not my game is even linked to this website. I could be back on Level 1 in a heartbeat with nobody to help me. I'm sorry you lost all your boosters! Hopefully someone here will get all these glitches out of the game at some point. Right now I'm reduced to just going up and down paths and dropping down whirlpools. Nice talking to you.
