As Lola_pop said, we need more information about what happened. Some screenshots showing if it was an event, or what it was. It is possible that what you were selecting was the prize that you can receive if you complete a mission or event; If, on the other hand, you had already completed it and you had to select your reward, you will probably have to follow the troubleshooting steps:

- close session.

- clear cache (not data)

- reboot the device.

- log in.
