I want better stuff for this issue

I paid 299 to get 30 minutes of Lives a smasher lollipop and 20 gold bars twice now just today I haven't received my gold bars got everything else but the bars and the other day it happened to me it happened to me as well so now 3 times I have spent this money and have not received my items

Please email Player Support directly from the game.

When sending an email directly from the game, Player Support will automatically get your purchase history and all transactions the recent 90 days.

Go to the game's Start Menu, then Settings - Help Center - Purchases & Gold Bars - Contact us and send them an email
