Hello @ElenaVorona
I can try to answer your two questions to the best of my ability, yesterday I was quite busy and I could only touch on a few subjects so let's handle the rest now.
As to your first question the difference between a discussion and an idea, a discussion is something you'd like to discuss things about with other members, whether it's a new feature in your game or a different topic etc.
An idea is something a member would like to see implemented in the game or in the community, also when you post an idea your requesting votes from members of the community, to see if they agree with your idea. As for a discussion you're not looking for votes (your just discussing). So in short the only difference between a discussion and an idea is the idea section is for ideas players want to see implemented in the game/community, and discussion is simply just members discussing about topics in their game or whatever the discussion is about.
And I'll talk with the CM and see if we can't get something together where we can post requirements for a posting discussion and ideas, so we don't have any more confusion in the community.
As for your second question I think I did already answered that in my previous post, that I did and I do consider that players Post in the idea section as an idea, hence that's why I did not close that thread because I considered it an idea.
I really don't know if I answered your question ๐ , but like I said I'll discuss this with the manager tomorrow and see what we can do to help lessen the confusion.
@gr33n3y3z
I am very grateful to you for not leaving this problem unattended.
You also think that a proposal to change or improve the game is an idea. And it has the right to life (unless it is a copy of another idea, of course).
I believe that such ideas should not be closed immediately without an intelligible reason. And if the topic is closed, then the author of the idea has the right to receive an explanation from the moderator why the idea will be closed.
This must be done at least so that this person understands what he did wrong and does not repeat his mistake.
I didn't understand why Spinnifix decided to close this idea. She didn't explain anything. "This is not an idea" is not an explanation, these are empty words. I and the author of the idea were interested in her explanation of why his idea is not an idea.
I understand that Spinnifix will not answer, because she will not be able to give a clear explanation of her actions in that topic and she will not be able to give arguments in favor of her decision.
And I also want to clarify one point. I was outraged not by this particular case with the closure of an idea, but by a repeatedly repeated situation.
Thank you again for trying to make the forum more understandable and comfortable for people.
@Pitty_Kitty
Thank you for giving your opinion here. I agree with you completely.
Hi again @ElenaVorona ,
Your most welcome,I don't run away from problems ๐ I try my best to discuss problems with members of the community to better understand the "problem" and to see if we can come up with a solution.
About the closure of threads, only moderators and community managers can close threads, not ambassadors. I just want to clear that part up, Spinnifix is an ambassador so she cannot close threads, she can suggest a thread to be closed but the decision is ultimately up to a moderator or a manager.
Whenever I do decide to close a thread I always respond to as why I am closing it. And that would go the same with any moderator or manager we need to give a clear explanation why a thread is closed.

Hello dear @ElenaVorona ,
I split this thread from @bojan_the_crusher 's idea - which I left open- because I really think this question needed an answer.
My dear @gr33n3y3z has given you, in my opinion, all the information you needed ๐, but I'm happy to add my two cents.
I understand that being positive is not always possible- nor desirable. Anger can change things for the good at times. (if it's directed at ideas and not at people of course).
What I wanted to express is that you can be critical in the discussion area, but that the idea section is a place to brainstorm possible features to add, or to remove from the game. So you can give us your candid feedback about existing features and it's more that ok as long as we're all polite to each other (being angry or negative does not mean being disrespectful), but the ideas we can share with the studio should be coming from your love to the game, and expressed in a positive way so the studio thinks about the possibility to add them in the future.
I take the feedback about giving a reason for closing an idea very seriously and thank you for it. I usually close ideas that have been open for a longer period of time without getting votes, so I didn't think of explaining why I move them to the Friends Files- that is a mistake, I see it now and I'll change it. Thanks @ElenaVorona and thanks @Pitty_Kitty.
We've also talked to @Spinnifix , and we're changing the way she reports ideas from now on.
And having our 2 wonderful Game Mods now, @gr33n3y3z and @DieOmimi , we'll work on a way to avoid confusion in the Ideas area.
I hope I could answer to your questions! ๐
@Lola_Pop
You are a good diplomat).
I have a few words that I would like to say to you in response to your post.)))
But I won't do that now. Because these are small details.
And most importantly, because you have shown attention to this problem, and I am very grateful to you for that. Thank you.
And thanks again from me @gr33n3y3z
Well, then let's see how events will develop.

Hello everyone
In Candy Jelly, a player came up with an idea and that idea was not properly voiced for voting and it became a discussion. I had this idea because it could be moved to the discussion area to better discuss this idea and to turn it into a well-chosen idea. This was well received by the Jelly moderator. I think that would be a good solution for the ideas area.

Hello!
Please take a look at this and you will understand what I'm trying to achieve with it. If it is not clear to you, I would like to explain it again.
If it is not an idea or is too imprecise, you could first move it to the discussion area to form a good idea from it and then it comes to the ideas area that the players can vote on much better. I think this is an optional and much better way than closing or saying NO. So I meet you and the players. Because I also want you to see your ideas in the game. I am not a bad person. No, I try to help wherever I can. I am now trying to improve something and change my way of dealing with it. I hope you like it !! Maybe you can understand me better now !!!
Dear @Spinnifix
Again you are not answering my questions.
You just wrote to me what will happen with an idea that is not an idea.
I know it. That's not what I asked.
I asked other questions.
1. Why is this particular idea not an idea in your opinion?
https://community.king.com/en/candy-crush-friends-saga/discussion/342551/character-ideas/
Can you answer this specific question about a specific idea or can't you? Why did you decide that this is not an idea?
2. What specific rules do you use when deciding whether an idea is an idea or not?
What do you use when making a decision? Do you use any clearly defined rules or are you guided by some examples from the experience of other moderators?
Maybe you only listen to yourself and your opinions and desires?
Can you answer this question?
I only ask you to answer these two questions.
And I am not asking you to do more for me.
