Olivia visit the Friends community

When Olivia arrives in the Friends community she overhears some game players talking about a Wild West Splash. She decides to check it out.

‘I can’t wait to start playing this event,” says the first player.

“Oh I already started it and have completed the 10 levels and now I’m working on the stars,” says the second player.

“I’m stuck on level 7,” says the third player.

Olivia notices that @BubbleGumSoda posted a couple of print screens. You go girl!

@DieOmimi is offering some help to a player who hasn’t seen the event in her game yet.

‘Please check your store first to see if there is an update for your game. If there is an update, run it and see if the event is present. Also, please make sure you have a strong and stable internet connection.

What also helps (if you have the latest version of the game) is the default troubleshooting: log out of the game, turn off/shut down the device completely, wait a few minutes, turn it back on, check a stable internet connection, log in to the game). I hope this helps.’

What great advice! Hopefully when the player follows these steps he/she gets the vent. It looks like fun. Lots of players have responded. Tiffi shows up so she tries to catch up with this new event for Olivia’s outfit.
