Hi, I’m playing on an iPad Pro, game seems OK on iPhone. My iOS is the latest version. I have logged out and in again with no change. Hope this helps.

Do you have a secure internet or WiFi connection? I would recommend clearing the cache and opening it again! Otherwise, please get in touch!
Hi, it’s iOS 15. It was about two weeks ago when there was the same problem and my iOS then was version 14. I’ve not used iOS 13 for a long time.
I have also cleared my cache etc but to no avail!
In answer to a previous question, yes I have a secure internet connection.
When you say downloading, is that trying to collect a reward? Or is it simply trying to log into the game?

Hi, I did all these steps before I posted my problem, sorry if I didn’t make this clear.
Grumpy_old_man. I’m logged in but when selecting a character all I get is a green bar with the word downloading
