@CarolSW it's really weird that it happens to you. About 3 weeks ago we had the problem with many players that Olivia stuck with us the Spring Jelly Queen at the store (as well as with me). We all couldn't play with these friends. Since the last update, however, everything is fine again with the affected players (and also with me).
I will ask our CM again on Monday (unfortunately they are not in the office on weekends). That's all I can do for the time being. Unfortunately. I would like to help you immediately, but I have no idea at the moment.
