The Candy Crush Friends app Freezes!!

Guys plz help!

Everytime I lose a level, I choose an option where u can watch ads to play on, but after the ad is done, it starts to freeze then it goes off, then it comes back on again. If I win or lose the same level, it'll make my characters to start downloading again!! Can anyone plz fix the problem??🥺

Please try the standard troubleshooting steps, even if you may have tried individual steps before: 

- check your free memory on your device, you need at least 2 GB

- check for updates for your game and run them

- clear the cache

- Force close all apps and restart your device. Make sure it's turned off for at least 10 seconds before turning it back on.

Also make sure you have a fast and stable internet connection.
