Why all my candy tools disappear suddenly themselves??

Hello! I just find today when I open the game all my candy tool haven’t been there anymore😅 I should have at least 6 for each of them… Could you tell me what the problem is and how could I get them back? Thank you in advance!

Are you logged into your game or do you play without signing up? Did you do anything in the system, did you have an update or other events?

Thanks a lot for the explanation. I think there was an accident when I opened the game: it seemed my profil wasn’t able to be connected but I wasn’t aware at the very first moment. So I entered anyway and found I was required to play from the 1st episode 😂. Then I logged out and reconnect my profil (fixed with fb). There we are. I lost all items. So they are gone forever I guess, am I right? 😔

By the way I have just signed up for asking this question. But I can’t connect my game with this account . I was told every time of logging in that the password is not correct… How possible is it?!🤨 I even tried to change a new password. But still refused to go in there…

@pharaon04 have you always been connected to only one Facebook account or did you also have a King account? So an account where you sign up for me e-mail and password.

It may not be linked properly. Depending on your operating system, read another article that may be able to help you:

I didn’t have any King account before I came here for asking questions. I connected always with my fb account for Friends as same as for other King’s games. Actually with other games, I met similar situation (to enter the game without connecting profil because of accidental problem of wifi for exemple) but all come back as soon as I go in there correctly with profil. So… it’s a bit weird that Friends suppresses my candy items by one accident like that. So is it a bug of this game? Or does it exist a solution which hasn’t been told?

Hi again @pharaon04 I know several reasons why boosters are no longer visible. 

One reason is that the game has been reinstalled or the data has been deleted in the app's settings. Since the items were stored on the profile and the device, they are also deleted and cannot be recalled. 

Another reason is the settings in the player's profile as described in this article. Please try to reconnect, maybe your boosters will be visible again.

Yeah I have read these indications before. So I would like to summarize and outline again the situation I encounter: I use the same device (iPad pro). I play with my account fb. The fact is that once I entered the game without logging in my profil… accidentally (possibly caused by the occasional interruption of wifi) and I still don’t know why. Then I quitted the game and re-entered with correctly connecting the profil. The level of my game was kept while all boosters had disappeared. I even tried to do quit-enter a few times but the items (the candy tools) didn’t come back. In this case could I get my items back? I had at least 6 for each of them, and 0 coins left in golden bars. It’s still a big lost😥

Hi @pharaon04 is it possible that you worked out your items when you were not logged in?

Hello! I tried to find my User ID Number through n’y account FB, but it seems we are not allowed to play Friends online in FB (as the pic shows)… Does it exist any other way in which I can find my User ID?

Hello @pharaon04,

I am not a FB user, but from your screenshot it appears you also play another King game -- Bubble Witch 3. If you open that game, you should be able to find your King User ID.

1. Launch the game.

2. Click on the arrow at the bottom of the screen on the left. This will open a page with a link to you profile.

3. Click on the purple "Profile" button. This will open your profile page.

4. At the top of that page, click on the King logo. This will expose your User ID.

Hello! I’ve finally found my User ID Number through the page of other King’s games I play. It is 1779889440.

Therefore could you ask a tech staff to check my account and help me up? He/She maybe will detect how many candy tools I had conserved before the sudden and weird accident happened.
