on this level i am only getting 9 moves! is that possible? no way to beat this level with only 9 moves. could it be technical issue?
@gyici I'm glad to hear that. I hope you can now continue playing well and progress on the map to reach the bubblegum levels. They always appear on the left side of your map. If you win a bubble gum level, you get 170 points for your team. The more chewing gum levels all team members complete, the higher the rewards.

@gyici the problem with you is that you are stuck at this level 1138. You have to play new levels for a bubblegum level to appear on your map.
Do you see this floating bubble on the left side of my map? You have to achieve this by playing regular levels on your map.
However, since you're stuck and can't play new levels, we'll have to wait to see if the studio has solved your problem with the 9 moves at level 1138. I'm so sorry for you, but I don't have a solution yet.
and how should i play the game if is not popping up?

As far as the chewing gum event is concerned, you will be assigned to your random team. If you play a bubblegum level, you get 170 points for the team result. When you collect your daily reward, you'll earn 25 points. Depending on how actively your teammates are playing, you can get great rewards.

Hi @gyici I'll start with your simple question. Lollipops are your booster supplies when you start a level. I just played one and here's my screenshot:
As you can see at the bottom right, I have 514 simple lollipops, 502 striped lollipops, and 448 wrapped lollipops.
I don't know if the translation is correct. I also can't speak English and have to translate from my language (german) to English.
by the way, what are the lollipops? my game is in hungarian and i cannot make always the connections to the english words :)

I have a question, appeared yesterday a bubblegum troll game, i played one, then asked me to join a team and since i said yes, the game is inactive, i cannot play it. is showing that is available for 12 days, but is not possible to play, wherever i click.

Hi @gyici it will be difficult to pass the level with only 9 moves. You'd probably need a lot of lollipops.
I can ask our manager to get in touch with the studio to check if you are in a test group for that level. For this I need your technical identifier (= User ID). You can find your User ID by going to your profile and double clicking the King logo above your avatar. I'll do an example with my account.
Please comment your user ID and I will pass it on. Only the studio can look into your account and check something. This could take a while.

Dear @DieOmimi, I play on a laptop under windows system. After few weeks i gave up the idea that is possible to solve it with 9 moves. What can you suggest me? Thanks!
Hi @gyici welcome to our community. I'm playing on Windows 11 and I have 23 moves when playing with the red rabbit. Otherwise it's 21 moves for me.
So far, only players who play on iOS (Apple devices) and have fewer moves than players who play on Android devices have reported.

The studio has been tweaking level 1138 over the past year to make it more challenging and fun; Therefore, there is a different number of moves. 😊

@bcan124 I just checked. In Candy Crush Friends, level 1138 has 23 moves. Are you sure you mean this game?
i am on level 1138 as well and it’s only starting with 9 moves as well!

@CandyCrusher211 this is indeed very strange. Have you checked your store to see if there might be an update for the game? If there is no update for you, please need some information from you so that we can check it from the studio lassen_
- on which platform you play (mobile Android or ios, Win10)
- which version of the game are you using --> mine is 1.79.1.0 on Win10 (updated yesterday)
- what is your player ID. --> What is my Game User ID and where can I find it?

@CandyCrusher211 what do you own for an iPhone? A newer model like the iPhone13 or another model? You should find the app version in your store. If you're looking for Candy Crush Friends in the store, you should see which app version is installed. I'm not sure how it works on an iPhone. But in the Google Play Store or Microsoft Store, I can click on details about the installed app and then see which version is installed on my device.
iPhone 11. The app version is 1.79.1
@CandyCrusher211 I have shared the data and the link here and hope we will hear from the studio soon. It seems at the moment that only Apple devices have 9 moves at this level. I hope for a correction by the studio. If I have an answer, I'll come back.

@Lola_Pop I always have the same friends to choose from. The red rabbit brings 2 extra moves, otherwise there are 21 moves for all friends:

@Lola_Pop Somehow I was able to pass level 1138 with only the 9 moves (maybe due to the Yeti gaining double power as I was collecting my gifts). I’m relieved I got through it, but now I think I don’t have enough moves on level 1139. I start with 15 moves but when I checked others’ videos (just to see how many moves they start with), they have 23 moves. Can you please confirm how many moves level 1139 should start with? Also, will the glitch for level 1138 be fixed for other iPhone users who only have 9 moves?
