Today purchased gold bar's I get a error something went wrong. I was charged for them this also happened on Feb 28. Something is wrong with the purchased I shouldn't be charged and receive no bar's. James Geiger 3/11/22 Help

I understand your issues and frustration as there has been some difficultie's with purchasing item's and the Support Team has been working to correct this problem and to fix these issues, although we here in the Community can not help you with in game feature's or purchase's you can report them to (Player Support) you can find on the right hand side of this screen under (Quick links) scroll down until you see (Support) then click on this feature (Support) when the screen come's up follow the instruction's and explain your issue's and problem's and make sure you enter your email address as this is how they will contact you....through your email address.....
