Hello, seemingly all the events have disappeared, the Rachel one and dacs delivery. I've followed all the steps to try and get them back, but they no avail. Google play is not giving me the option to update the game so I assume it's been updated, there's not much more I can do. Is this just me or is anyone else experiencing this?

I have the same problem, Rachel event had disappeared when I logged in today and I can't to find a update on Google play. And like you I tryed everything to get it back, but no luck.

@DieOmimi do you know what to do of what happend?

Hi @rmad @Hell66 we have some messages today that certain events have disappeared after the update. We are in contact with the studio and are waiting for an answer.

I had the problem yesterday and tried the following steps several times:

- clear the cache, 

- Close the app, 

- Turn off the phone completely and leave it off for at least 10 seconds

- Open the app after turning my phone back on

In addition, I changed my Internet connection several times between Wi-Fi and mobile data.

After the 4 repetition of these steps, the events came back to me.

Please keep trying. For some players, it worked the same way. Unfortunately, it did not lead to success with other players.

I did all that, when I read another post about this. However I'm happy to report everything has returned and will hopefully stay that way! Thanks for the response, I appreciate it🙂

I tried everything you mentioned, on my computer, IPhone and my Samsung phone that I usually don’t play on, but nothing worked.

And there is no update on any of my devices.

So is “Rachel event” gone for good for me? This time anyway 😔

@Hell66 I'm sorry it didn't work for you. We have reported it to the studio and are waiting for a solution. At the moment, unfortunately, I can't tell you anything exactly. I hope that it will turn out well for all those affected.
