are they ever going to let windows 10 userers send lives and ask for them i have sent email to support about problem only to get atomic respons back and never heard back from a reall person so sad miss asking my friends for help and sending my friends help and makes game kinda boring have to wait forever to get lives to refill. this is what i get wen trying to send lives or asking for them

Our game is offered via an app. I have never had the error message in your picture in my app.

If I want to send life, I go to the icon:

Then a menu opens and I see who has asked for a life and I go to "Send life"

If there is no request for life, I just go to send and everyone who is in my friends list gets a life.

However, I agree with you that it is more difficult in our game than in other games. That is why my colleague @MountainMom submitted an idea to make it easier. Please take a look at this idea and maybe you can add your voice. Here: improved-functionality-for-sending-and-receiving-lives-in-ccfs
