The first thing that Tiffi comes across is a Facebook page and it’s a teddy bear lost and found page. She is quite surprised to see that over 11,000 people are following it. That’s a lot of lost teddy bears!
“Look at this guys!’ exclaims Tiffi. “It says that they have helped reunite hundreds of lost and found teddy bears. It might be a good idea to post something on their page and like their page. Let me take a picture of you Fuzzy so that we can add it to our message on that page.
“Wow, that’s a great picture Tiffi,” Yeti says. “Hopefully the little boy’s mother has a Facebook account and sees the picture of Fuzzy. It might take a few days though. Let’s see what else we can find to help Fuzzy. Oh what’s the article about a map? Let’s check that out.”
They realize that they will have to create an account but if they can get Fuzzy back to his owner then it will be worth trying it. Tiffi posts the picture that she took on her phone and types out a brief description of his appearance and then adds his name.
“Don’t forget to say where we found him so if the little boy’s mother checks the map that might help her. Also his mother could have an account here and she could also have posted Fuzzy’s picture so we should look through this website to see what else we can find.”
Great idea!
