Actually I have been playing for quite a while, but the game stops being enjoyable if it takes over 25 times to win...let alone over 80 that just tells me to not bother!

I'm not a newbie... I have been paying for a couple years, at one time I had several extra costumes including misti the movie star then my game crashed and I lost everything. Now after several attempts with other characters I can't be bothered. It takes too many attempts ....

@tabitha008 I started playing Candy Crush Friends Saga in October 2020. Certainly there are levels where I also needed a while. But I never needed more than 20 attempts. Now I'm at the end of the map at level 5760. I never paid anything with real money.

For difficult levels, I always saved some lollipops. Also for events where there are new costumes.

I'm sorry your game crashed and you lost costumes as a result. Normally, losses shouldn't happen if you're logged in with email and password and play online. Your game progress, costumes and gold bars are stored on King's servers and you have them available on all devices. Only your lollipops are sliced locally on the device you got them on.
