Hi Kate, please first make sure you have the latest version of the game. Currently we have version 1.92.3.0 for CCFS. Also, try the standard troubleshooting measures: turn off your PC completely to keep it turned off for at least a minute.

Here in this thread I can only give tips. For reports to the studio, we need a message in the support area as a reference.

Hi @MountainMom. I'm confused. It says only "final scores with five digits" are valid. I assumed this meant the result after deducting the lower score from the higher one, not that all scores had to have five digits. Can you please clarify? Thank you.
