Why can't I get help with anything???

Please help me, every time I try to get my 3000 badge? I'm on level 3,020 , I've asked twice, and still nothing. And when I look up topic and click on it, tells me that the topic is no longer available

Are you posting your screen shot in the right thread? They are not automatically added since they need to be verified first. So make sure you have a screen shot that is candy crush friends of your current level and have posted it on the right thread.
