My Daily Quest is no problem when I start playing this game. But today it's not restart, it remains the same with yesterday completed one. Who have this problems before and any solutions @DieOmimi @MountainMom ?
FYI I still new to this game and just start playing this game 3 days ago.

Some of the issues encountered by players can be related to their device instead of the game. So, here are some standard troubleshooting measures:
- Check the amount of free memory on your device. You need at least 2 GB.
- Check if there are updates to your CCFS app. If so, run them. I have my game set to automatic updates and am currently on version 1.95.2
- Clear the cache (don't clear data!) when using a mobile device. We warn against clearing your data because that is where your boosters are stored.
- Force close all apps and then turn off your device. Keep it off for at least 10 seconds (some recommend a full minute) before restarting your device and launching your game.
- If these steps don't solve the problem, do you have the option to login on a different device to see if your Daily Quests appear on the other device?
Let me know your results. If the problem is not associated with your device and is instead associated with your King account, then you will need to contact the King customer support team.
@teeweiping, the Daily Quests restart at the same time everyday for me (midnight in my time zone). When you open your "Quests" feature, you can see how much time remains before they reset. Has your timer hit 00:00 and failed to reset? If so, please try our standard troubleshooting steps and let me know if you get new quests.

It is restart for today. And do you all know when is the mystery chest appears? Is it appears randomly on new level?

@teeweiping, the Mystery Chest appears almost daily. I always play until I reach the key and open the chest. Then I take a break. Go back into the game 2 hours later and play a (new) level again. For me, it almost always works that Dachs appears again and offers a mystery chest.
Try this strategy and tell me if it works the same way for you.
I see. I will try this. I just seldom play the new levels recently because need to participate in the fun contest from King community.
Other question is: do you know how to solve the problem of black screen when opening the game once and for all? My game sometimes after opening will stay as black screen without loading and I have to clear cache and then open again. Sometimes it won't work and I have to restart my phone. I find this troublesome. Or maybe because my phone space is too low or low in RAM?
@DieOmimi @MountainMom Today my daily quest not restart again. I don't know what the problem is because I'm sleeping when the timer hit 00:00. So I'm not sure if it's fail to reset at that time. Can I try the standard troubleshooting steps? May I ask you to show me all the steps?
