Request for life
Hi @DieOmimi and @MountainMom
How do I get lives from friends? I have numerous friends listed but none of them have given me any life. I have been requesting since I started this game but at no avail. I'm already at level 1953. I want to play some more and fetch more keys but I ran out of lives. 😥
I also belong to a Team. Is there a way to request lives from them?

Many of our players share your frustration. So, I created an IDEA as a place to vote for improving this functionality in Candy Crush Friends Saga. Please vote for this idea (lower left corner of original post on page 1) if you would like to see this feature become more robust in this game.
It might be helpful to know that when you have less than full (5) lives, you can click on the (+) plus sign on your lives counter and it will open a screen that shows you if other players have sent you lives. You can see the avatar(s) for these players under the "Help is here!" text.
This only works when you have less than 5 lives. And, the functionality in CCFS does not allow a player to have more than 5 lives.
If you see an envelope near your lives counter, it indicates that friends have sent you requests for lives.
When you click on the envelope, you can see the avatar(s) of those friends.
There is currently no way to request lives from members of your Dachs Delivery Service team.
I hope this helps, even though I know you were hoping for more.

Hi @SApple2 the function of receiving and sending life is not very stable. When I run out of lives and request some from my friends, I very rarely get a life as a gift. Unfortunately, you can't claim lives from your team.
When I get my daily bonus and still have all the lives, I always send some. But I have no knowledge of whether the lives will arrive.
Since this feature is in great need of improvement, we have developed ideas for it and are collecting votes for the studio to implement these ideas. You may also be able to add your voice:

Thank you for responding! I did exactly what you said. The thing is I get the same result. I have never seen "Help is here!". I don't get a life no matter how many times I click the "Ask friends" now or in the past.
I will vote the IDEA you suggested after I posting.

@SApple2, Thank you for the screeenshots regarding your lives counter. As I said, many players are frustrated with this feature in CCFS. Thanks for voting for my idea -- the more votes it gets, the more priority it might get from the developers.
