Hello guys, I logged into the game with my Apple credentials, but I really can't change my profile picture and name in any way!!! Clicking on the picture or the name does not do anything.
I don't want my full name to be displayed, and I especially want to change that awful picture!

Hello @Guttalin and Welcome to our Friendly Community.
You can change your avatar in your game at any time, and it can be any picture that you have saved to your device. So, if you want a personal photo or any other image, first download the desired picture to your device.
Next, click on your current avatar and it will open a new window. Click on the avatar with the camera image on it. When you click on "Add picture" you have options to choose a file that you saved to your device or in the photo library on your device.
In this community, you can edit your profile by tapping on your avatar (upper right of page). Then tap on the pink dropdown menu and review or change all of your current settings.
Your username in this Community can only be changed by a Manager. Please provide your desired username and I will ask our CM to change it according to your wish.

Unfortunately, clicking on my avatar in Candy Crush does not do anything! No new window opens, nothing happens at all ☹️

Unfortunately, clicking on "my profile" opens the page I posted, where my avatar and my name are displayed, but I can't click on them ☹️ I'm afraid there is no solution…

@Guttalin, there is a Contact form that can be submitted to the King Support team. HERE is the link to the online form. It is most helpful if you include your User ID, describe your device and the platform on which you play, and explain what you would like your account name to be.
Don't be surprised if you get an automated response, but I trust that your issue will be addressed.
