Try these 3 steps-
✓Update your Game To Latest Version
✓Check your internet connection. If it's slow, Try switching to Wi-Fi.
✓If any of the above methods doesn't works, go in your phone's Settings and Press the following-
Settings>Apps/Application Manager/Apps & Notifications>Apps info/Apps>Candy Crush Friends Saga>Clear Cache/Storage>Clear Cache

I don't play on my phone, I play on my Kindle, and still have the same problems today.
