Candy Friends game loading then closing abruptly
Hi everyone,
Is anyone else having this problem?
The game loads, then before I can actually play a level, it just closes.
This is on my iPad, and oddly when it closes it also stops me recording a screen video of the problem. (Video screen recording works on everything else just fine).
So I've recorded the problem on my camera so you can see the issue.
I have off loaded the app, reinstalled it. No change. Have done this several times. No change.
Can anyone help please

Hi @kiara_wael . Thanks for responding. I had tried all the 'tricks' to stop the app crashing. Nothing had worked, and I didn't want to delete and reinstall. So I decided to give up and read a book!
Today is another day, and the app started up perfectly and hasn't shown any signs of doing anything odd at all.
Maybe it just needed a day off. As we all do from time to time

Hi and welcome its good that its working perfectly. You may also need to clear cache from safari time to time. If using ipad /iphone.

Hi @aijaziqbal . Yes, I've been clearing the Safari cache regularly too. Thus my frustration!! I couldn't think of anything else to do. In this case, patience seemed to work. Another of life's little mysteries.
