Account connection issue- NOT FB

My other King games work fine, but Friends keeps having issues connecting to my account. My picture is there, but I can't access the store, log in/out, or receive gifts. I want to back my progress up and uninstall, but it isn't connecting to King to let me back it up :(

    Check Friends for updates. Disconnect the device from the WiFi and reconnect it. Turn the device off and on again. Then try to connect to Facebook again.

    I have done all of that. It doesn't work. I don't have it connected to my FB account.

    On the start page it has my picture on Profile, but when I click on it, it asks me to sign in. I try and it says there's a connection error. It gives an error in game when trying to reach the shop.

    I am wondering if this is an extension of the fb issue, even though I am not linked to fb.

    Don't worry about this problem! Please select your device that you are playing on an this game, then you click on any device and read to follow these troubleshooting steps of this problem that I hope this helps (These discussions solved by Community Team.) 😉

    If you follow uninstall and reinstall any King's Game, you save your game's progress and gold bars are transferred but you have lost all of the boosters and your event will be reset or gone.

    Hi. Welcome to the sweet King community.

    This connection problem has been happening for a long time in various games. It is being investigated, and some players have managed to fix it by disconnecting the internet at the moment in which the dw error message appears. After 1 or 2 minutes when turning the Internet connections back on everything worked correctly.

    I am having this exact issue on Friends AND Jelly. I miss my daily rewards! I need lives from friends! I'll never make it thru Tiffi's Thanksgiving event with no boosters, no extra lives, and no daily rewards! :(

    Yes, it's hard, everyone is hoping it will be fixed soon. Read the instructions in the post and try to do them. Hopefully it will work.

    The advice/steps listed in the previous posts have not helped.

    I cannot currently save my game. If I'm going to lose all the progress I am making on my King games, why bother? This is so frustrating, and the idea that there is so solution offered that actually works shows how important individual players are to the developers. I think after years of loyalty to the Candy Kingdom, I might have to give up and delete all 4 sagas from my phones, tablet, and laptop.

    Don't give up so easily. You will not lose your trial. It can be restored by King Support in an emergency.

    Have you tried turning off your internet connection with the game open, when the error message appears? After 1 or 2 minutes, turn the internet connection back on, if it still doesn't work, close your session and go back in. It should work.

    I have tried all the tips and advice.. the last update for Thanksgiving seemed to be the start of the buv. I click many places to get the error, the store, the privacy settings etc. Yes I have checked for updates. Yes I have turned wifi off an on multiple times when I get the error. I am tired of hearing everyone repeating the same advice if it didn't work the first time. Thanks for your attempts at help.

    I deleted the game and am restarting. Yes I have to start all over. But my issue is gone.
