I have reported about the issue, as soon as I saw the first complaint. But, within minutes, we have too many of you joining 😮 😕 I completely understand how frustrated you all must be with this recurring bug 😔
First of all, I sincerely apologize on behalf of our Community Team and also the Studio team. We will have more information and another fix (for sure) tomorrow.
But, I will request to investigate what could be triggering this mischief. Please please bear with us 🙏

Yes, Akumo! You are not alone and, along with Lauren, there are about 10 players already having the same issue as of now!
And Lauren, I completely understand how frustrated you must be with this recurring bug 😔 I am also having same kind of bug in another game, but there is no fix for that, as they could not find the reason!!!
I have already reported about the issue, to our Friends game Community Manager. Let's hope that the Studio team will be able to find out what is causing this recurring bug! But, until then, please please bear with us 🙏

Thanks Pummy. It's annoying that this keeps happening, yet I know it's not your fault. It's probably become as tiresome for you to deal with as it is for us. The silver lining is that these issues do get worked on, and you keep us updated on their progress.
Still no idea why the join a team icon isn't working in Windows, even after implementing the recommended fix in the other thread, but I'll live while an across the board solution is being created. It's working fine still in Android.

It is probably a lot more affected, in the Win 10 app it is the same for me, and some friends outside the community have already written to me.
It works on my mobile device, only the Win 10 app is disturbed

It’s been happening in iOS on the iPad as well. Every Thursday for me the past three weeks. I did report in the other thread. They have loaded as of this morning however.

Glad to say that my tasks are back on Android, and I didn't have to wait til Monday for that to happen. I haven't checked whether that's the case on Windows yet but will tomorrow. Same with the join a team icon portal in Windows too.

Thanks a lot for reporting this issue- we passed the information to the Studio on Friday and they're going to look for a definitive solution.
@sunmaid, @SomeChick and @agreshn - the quests are back now, aren't they? Please keep an eye on them and let us know if they disappear again.
