I upgraded my phone and lost all of my suckers. I had over 40 of each. Please help!

I'm afraid I don't understand you. What do you mean by "suckers"? I don't know this term from the game. Can you please explain it to me and maybe you have screenshots for me that show it?

@Chuck0923 those lollipops are stored on your device. There is no way to get them back unless you purchased them. Sorry.
That's ridiculous. I don't understand why if your progress is saved when you transfer your account to a new device then why they wouldn't transfer with it. I've been playing this game on this device since it came out. Negative reviews will likely be coming from me.

With an upgrade, it shouldn't happen that you lose your lollipops. It's a different thing if you're using a new device or uninstalling the game. Lollipops are stored on your device while your progress and gold bars are on the provider's servers.

The lollipops are stored on your device so you can use them whilst you are playing offline.
I have had to format my phone. I reinstalled the CCFS game and noticed that all my power-ups disappeared !! 😭😭😭
I am very angry and sad. I had about 17 lollipops of each!!!!
I was only able to recover the level where I go, my gold bars and my acquired friends (although I have to download each one again but that is not a problem). I did not know that the lollipops were stored only on the device and not in the mail like everything else. On top of that, Misty's event never came to me. All wrong ... All wrong !!! 😞😞😞😞
Hi! unfortunately, after reinstalling and logging into your account, all characters (except Tiffi and Yeti) get downloaded and you lose lollipops

So you're telling me that since I had to upgrade my phone that I lost all of the lollipop bonuses that I've earned over the last 3 years? How fair is that?
I've been playing this game for years, recently my phone broke and had to be replaced. I reinstalled and wirelessly transferred all my apps and data to my new phone. I logged into candy crush saga friends with my email and although my levels came back I've noticed that all my hammers that I've earned are GONE!!! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE say that there's a way to get my 28 hammers, 25 stripped hammers and 32 bomb hammers!!! If anything can be done PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE LET ME KNOW!!!! I DO NOT WANNA STOP PLAYING THIS GAME!!! But I also don't wanna continue playing without all the hammer stockpile I've saved through out the years. So many times I've play a level for over a week and not use any hammers to build up to the level I had and to now have them all erased is utterly CRUSHING lol no pun intended 😅!!! Any help is greatly appreciated I just PRAY something can be done about it.

This just happened to me and I'm so devastated!!! This info needs to be highlighted!!! I'm sure it's probably in the fine print but come on people!!! This is pretty important info can can save another player from having to go through the pain of finding this out after the fact!!!
