Were you playing your game(s) on the Browsers OR on Windows 10? And, which game was it?
Did you save the game either through Facebook OR King account on your old PC?
Once downloading the game on to your new PC, you just have to "log in" with the same details you have used on your old PC, then your saved game will open and you will find yourself at your current level.

I was playing on a laptop, Candy Crush Friends Saga. I followed the instructions, tried both ways, FB sign in AND email. Neither transferred my game progress to the new laptop. Yes, Windows 10.
No bother, I'm just going to start again. I'm not going anywhere... Thanks
Hi again brother. Try to play a level and see. Sometimes it take a level to play to properly sync the game on new device. You may check the below link for lost progress recovery. And if you still need assistance please feedback us.
Hi @CRSDM and I hope that you are able to get your game restored to your original level based on the info given above.
If you still have trouble doing so, please let us know so we can pass message to the CM in charge to restore your level manually but you got to wait when work day start.

How do I transfer my game progress to my new device?
Before moving to your new device, you need to make sure you go through a few simple steps first:
All your game progress and Gold Bars should be transferred to your brand new device!
By connecting to Facebook or Kingdom, you are synchronizing your progress with our game servers. Therefore, your progress and gold bars will be easily transferred in between all your devices.
If for some reason the progress and Gold Bars do not transfer, try contacting us here where we can help you get them back.
Boosters, extra lives, and extra moves are not saved on our servers, they are saved locally on your device in which you received them.This means that, unlike Gold Bars and your level progress, they won't transfer across to your new device.
The good news is that if you still have access to the old device everything will still be there! Why not head on back over and use up those boosters to power through some levels before switching to your new device?

I am experiencing the same thing. I was using Candy Crush Soda Saga on an old PC. Now, I have a new PC, but I logged in with my account and I was at level one. I am at level 1,476 on the old PC. Where are the instructions to confirm and have done this correct.
