I just want to know the reason why I do have get the Gold Hunt quest like all of the players. It is wasn' t show in my board game. I do need to play that quest like every one.
So, you please check or do any thing for this issue.

Hi @happyhehoo Welcome to our community at Candy Crush Friends Saga.
What exactly happened? Did you have the event and it is no longer displayed? Then close your app, turn off your device to keep it off for at least 10 seconds. Turn your device back on and open the app.
Please tell me if that helped or what exactly happened.

I saw the announcement of this event in my game, but it has never appeared.

The thing is that it is often that when this event is "live" many players will get the announcement yet never end up getting the event. In other cases, a player will get the event only to have it disappear in the middle of the first part. Furthermore, other player will get the first part of the event and complete it yet then never end up getting the second part.
@Lola_Pop, do you have any info on this? 🤔 I get that not all events are for all players (which here would most likely apply to @happyhehoo above) and all the yada, yada, yada... but this is something that happens almost always specifically with this event. There are actually already a few players that I know of here in the Community that have had this happen this time around. I, for one, have completed the first part of the event and -for the first time- the second part has appeared.

This is something we'd love to investigate, and this time we might be in time for it as the event has just started.
We'd need the player IDs of all players who have lost the event, and some answers to these questions:
- When did you lose the event? Did you see the foreshadowing, and the event didn't start, did you play the first phase, got the Golden Ticket, and the second part didn't start, were you playing and it suddenly disappeared?
- Have you tried restarting the app, as @DieOmimi suggests?
- Do you play on one device or more? Has it disappeared on all of them?

Thanks Dani. I'm trying my best, but I keep running out of lives - and you know what the "friends" in this game are like in giving them. They are certainly not True Friends!😃

LoL girl, tell me about it! Like I said in the team PM, the last -and only- time I received a life from a friend in Friends was during the pandemic summer of 2020. So yeah... not cool. I guess we'll address that issue at some point. 🤷♀️
Right now, I think it is important to see if this issue with the event can be solved for everyone for good as well as getting a solution for the game taking for ever to load (which we haven't heard back about yet, @Lola_Pop).
